Total Quality Management (TQM) is a comprehensive approach that aims not only to meet but also to exceed customer requirements. It operates at all levels of the organization, emphasizing collaboration between divisions and departments. Through data management and the elimination of waste, TQM enables the provision of high-quality products and services at low cost. Due to intense competition, the automotive industry, has adopted this philosophy to increase efficiency and continuously improve quality. International standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 are essential for the implementation of TQM, helping companies secure customer trust and increase their markets. This paper presents, a practical case study of the company Everest Ltd., which has implemented the IATF 16949 standard to produce aluminum profiles for the automotive sector, will be examined. Quality assurance documents such as Process Flow Charts, Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plan and Work Instructions are used to guarantee quality and create a system of error prevention, a practice that is now increasingly being embraced by Albanian companies aiming to comply with international quality standards. As a result of the implementation of the TQM within the framework of the GIN19053 project, the results have been impressive, from 7–8% of nonconforming products was reduced to 0–1%. This outcome the effectiveness of TQM practices and strict adherence of internationally recognized automotive quality standards.
