This paper outlines design requirements for a digital version of The Nurses’ Knowledge Bank, a serious game for eliciting and evaluating nursing knowledge. While a low-fidelity prototype of the game was effective in capturing knowledge, it had limitations. These are presented across three themes: Facilitate personalisation, Reduce cognitive load for participants, and Improve feedback processes. It is proposed that a digital version could address these through elements such as open-ended play, avatar customisation, tailored prompts, task automation, and enhanced feedback. The proposed design requirements include unrestricted play time, and a points hierarchy for contributions.

摘要
