This research aims to investigate how AI-driven technologies have been employed by cybercriminals and security professionals to craft highly targeted and convincing social engineering attacks. The study will investigate how these techniques are being used to exploit vulnerabilities in human-centered systems, simulate real-world threats, and bypass traditional security defences. By examining the growing role of AI in cyber threats, this research seeks to understand its impact on the cybersecurity landscape and the challenges it poses to organisational security.
