At the end of 2019, the COVID-19 pandemic emerged and significantly impacted the Indonesian economy, particularly affecting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector. To ensure business continuity, culinary MSMEs have adapted by embracing technological changes. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the sustainability performance of culinary MSMEs in DKI Jakarta during the COVID-19 pandemic, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 8 (decent work and economic growth) and Goal 9 (industry, innovation, and infrastructure). Data was collected using a survey method, employing an online questionnaire distributed through social media. The analysis utilized SmartPLS with structural equation modeling. The findings indicate that consumer choice behavior, perceived behavior control, and attitude towards mobile apps positively and significantly influence mobile-apps-based Business, whereas subjective behavior control does not affect the mobile-apps-based business process. Furthermore, the study reveals that the mobile-apps-based business process positively and significantly impacts SMEs’ sustainability performance through indirect effects. These results highlight the importance of digital transformation in enhancing the resilience and sustainability of MSMEs, thereby contributing to the broader SDGs agenda.
