Strategic Solution of a Sustainable Logistics System by Modeling Periodic Time Series
摘要
The aim of this contribution is to model periodic queue times to determine the consumption cycle of input fuels, ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. In line with the goals of the Green Deal, it is essential to increase energy production from renewable sources and prioritize the more flexible and efficient development of the circular economy European Green Deal [1]. From a sustainable production perspective, eliminating the use of coal and gradually replacing it with solid alternative fuels, such as SRF MB, is crucial. In the short term, solutions like reducing energy consumption through process optimization should also be considered. The use of solid alternative fuels supports green management of logistics systems, with the goal of minimizing air pollution and reducing the carbon footprint. Many companies are actively working on green logistics programs and improving their sustainability efforts. The research presented in this contribution focuses on identifying the cyclical and seasonal components of periodic time series.
