In today’s dynamic technological environment, implementing intelligent technologies, especially those based on augmented reality (AR), is the key to improving and optimising production processes. Augmented reality (AR), characterised by the connection of virtual content with the real world, opens up new possibilities, from more effective training of employees to significant improvements in productivity and production quality. The paper analyses the impact of smart technologies and augmented reality on the workforce, employee education and work environment and assesses how these technologies can improve work and workplace safety. The paper also covers potential challenges and wider adoption of the technology in the industry, including costs, technological maturity, and legal and ethical issues. It suggests solutions and strategies to overcome them.

摘要
