İn this work, self-navigating robotic vehicle which is capable of working based on the voice commends are presentated. İt can freely moves in all the directions by using ultrasonic sensor with voice recognition to enable hands-free operation. Even it can move in change of environments also. İt can detacts and avoids obstacles while moving from one place to other place. İt has been built by using Arduino platform and integreated several actuators, sensors,, and a Bluetooth communication module. An user-friendly App has been used to control the device which will helps to issue the directions. Use of voice control modeule will helps to control the device hands free and Bluetooth connectivity helps to execute the commends immediately. This multi functional self-navigating robotic vehicle illustrates the best example for human-machine interaction, and it can be modified for the applications such a smart transportation, surveillance etc.
