Bibliometric Analysis of the Intersection Between Education and Artificial Intelligence
摘要
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed education, offering significant advances, including personalized learning, improved student engagement, and the automation of administrative processes. Language models like ChatGPT have introduced new teaching possibilities but also present challenges, such as the need for digital skills, the risk of bias in outcomes, and ethical and pedagogical concerns. Through a bibliometric analysis of articles indexed in Scopus, this study explores the impact of AI in higher education, teacher training, and new pedagogical approaches. The literature review reveals that AI can personalize learning, provide adaptive support, and optimize administrative services in institutions. However, adopting these technologies requires digital literacy and a critical understanding of their limitations. The bibliometric analysis shows rapid growth in AI research in education between 2019 and 2024, driven by the advancement of models like ChatGPT. The most cited publications emphasize AI's opportunities and challenges, addressing pedagogical, ethical, and policy issues. The study concludes that while AI holds great potential to transform education, its implementation must be supported by strategies prioritizing ethics, inclusion, and safety. Developing regulations and digital literacy programs is crucial to prepare individuals and institutions for a future where AI interaction will become increasingly common and impactful.
