Nowadays intelligent storage management systems based on Internet of Things (IoT) have improved the operation. Now the warehouses are complex facilities composed of smart machinery that is responsible for handling the item from reception to the final delivery to the customer, performing controls throughout the entire process. This solution is especially useful to achieve an efficient medication management system in pharmacies and hospitals. In this work, a digital twin is used for to automate a warehouse system, that al-lows the reception, storage and delivery of the items in a completely automated pharmacy. It has developed so that total control and real time information of the entire stock can be available.
