Collaborative Development of Building Energy Efficiency and Post-Disaster Reconstruction Technology
摘要
This paper systematically constructs a framework for the synergistic development of building energy efficiency and post-disaster reconstruction technologies through literature analysis and typical case studies. It is found that the three-dimensional synergy of resilient design concepts, intelligent technology integration and policy incentives can effectively improve the disaster-resistant capacity and resource efficiency of buildings. Based on the cases, the study proposes a full-cycle implementation path of ‘planning-construction-operation’, which provides strategic support for green reconstruction in the context of frequent disasters.
