As the key node of the traffic network, the overall safety and operational efficiency of the traffic system is directly related to the structural health of the bridge. With the increase of service life and the effect of external environmental factors, various diseases often occur in long-span continuous beam bridges, which seriously threaten the bearing capacity and durability of bridges. The purpose of this paper is to deeply discuss the accurate diagnosis technology, the analysis of causes and mechanisms and the efficient maintenance and reinforcement strategies of bridge structural diseases, and put forward a systematic and scientific disease management scheme in combination with the latest research results and engineering practice cases at home and abroad, so as to provide theoretical reference and technical guidance for professional technicians in the field of bridge engineering.
