This paper studies the influencing factors of AI technology on customer experience in hotel room service. With the widespread application of AI technology in various industries, especially in the hotel industry, AI has played a significant role in promoting the improvement of hotel room service. Based on the multiple linear regression (MLR) model, through the collection and analysis of relevant data, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of AI on customer experience in hotel room service. It is found that factors such as service response speed, personalized service, and intelligent facilities have a significant impact on customer experience. The research results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for hotels to optimize room service relying on AI technology, and also offer useful references for hotels to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
