AI Design Principles for Compliance-Driven Industrial IoT Systems
摘要
This survey maps the technological and regulatory landscape of AI-driven industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), addressing the misalignment between applications and their governance, in pursuit of a compliance-by-design approach. The analysis begins with a review of established and state-of-the-art time-series analysis techniques, in addition to their deployment in real-time decision support systems (DSS). Next, these technological trajectories are cross-referenced with AI design principles, evaluated under the umbrella of the European AI Act, ISO/IEC, and other normative standards. By aligning regulations, applications, and systems design, the survey proposes a practical KPI-based approach towards compliance-driven IIoT, contributing to the groundwork for advanced AI system standardization.
