In this paper, we propose a data cache algorithm to reduce loads in distributed management of metaverse objects. In recent years, virtual spaces, or metaverses, have attracted a great deal of attention. The proposed algorithm focuses on tall objects that are less likely to be obscured in the metaverse space and allows taller objects to remain in user’s working memory and cache memory longer. In addition, we propose a system that predicts the user’s next move based on their past position to reduce the delay in rendering objects. The proposed system holds the data needed for the next move in cache memory. The evaluation results demonstrated the effectiveness of the prediction system and the characteristics of the proposed cache algorithm.

摘要
