The relevance of the study is due to the increasing role of digital technologies in public administration. The aim of the study is to evaluate the visual and functional component of the Feedback Portal (FBP) interface. The data sources used were the results of the evaluation of the overall navigation and architecture of the site, colour palette, typography, composition, overall visual style, interactive elements of the interface, usability testing, survey of 386 respondents who used the e-government tool in November-December 2024. The study revealed a correlation between the level of citizen satisfaction with the FBP interface and the visual components of the portal. It was found that a more understandable and accessible interface, the presence of graphics and infographics, fast processing of appeals, and the presence of interactive functions have a positive impact on citizen satisfaction. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the results obtained to improve the interface of feedback platforms and create effective tools for interaction between the authorities and citizens in the digital state.
