The exceptional progression in environmental liabilities and increase in tourism movement in mandating requirements for everyone to have a close realization over ecological protection. With this surge of preserving ecology has diverted a paradigm shift and focus on greener practices for lodging segment too. The hotel segment is steered by modifying green scarcity, and it is necessary to achieve possible capacity regarding greener sustainability aspect and value co-creation. In this research, relationship will connect and strengthen the framework towards the attainment of value co-creation on green practices. The data was collected from the 421 employees working in the Hospitality industry and by using the Structural Equation Modelling method, our findings and results indicate the importance and significance of adopting green dynamic capabilities and green attributes practices in hotel incorporates sustainability and boosts the achievement of value co-creation by creating improved satisfaction and experience for customers. The limitation of the research is limited to urban hotels which were surveyed in the study. The study presents a sound argument to create green dynamic capability and green practices attributes index model initiative for environmental enhancement and expansion of other activities in the hospitality industry and scale-up sustainable practices for future-ready circular economies.
