This article aims to establish logistics management as an articulating tool to respond to the challenges of e-commerce in the context of digital transformation for companies. The methodology of this research is qualitative, in the form of a systematic review. The studies considered meet the following eligibility criteria: Scientific articles indexed by Scopus, WoS and ErihPlus, from 2022 to 2024, which include three or more of the following keywords, in English: “logistics management” or “logistical management”; “digital transformation”; “ecommerce,” “electronic commerce.” Research that does not comply with these parameters has been excluded from this investigation at this time. Among the main findings, it is highlighted that digitalization affects employment and skills in the logistics sector and has strong links with digital literacy levels and occupational profiles. The main challenges of digitization and implementation of e-commerce, to which logistics can respond, involve automation, productivity and regulation, supply chain fragility, data management, and technological and geopolitical uncertainties.

摘要
