ESP32μC-H2O WDT: IOT—Driven Based Sustainable Real-Time Water Drop Tracker System
摘要
Sustainable Water Drop Tracker an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system for real-time water quality monitoring and acquisition management system. Water scarcity and pollution are critical issues that demand advanced technological solutions for effective resource management. Our study focuses on the development and implementation of a comprehensive system capable of continuously tracking water quality parameters, including pH, turbidity, chlorine concentration, and flow rate. Using an ESP32μC microcontroller, the system collects data from these sensors, which is then transmitted to AWS IoT Core for processing and visualization. The Water Drop Tracker’s real-time data acquisition enables proactive monitoring, offering actionable insights that can facilitate efficient water management practices. This chapter discusses the system architecture, sensor calibration, data flow design, and dashboard interface, built with React.js to ensure user-friendliness and accessibility. Field tests demonstrate the system's accuracy and reliability, highlighting its potential for large-scale deployment. By addressing challenges such as data integration, security, and system scalability, this research provides a foundation for future enhancements and broader adoption of IoT-driven solutions in environmental conservation. Our findings illustrate the significant role that real-time water monitoring can play in conserving resources, reducing pollution, and supporting sustainable practices for water management.
