A 12-year-old girl presented to an interdisciplinary Concussion Clinic after a fall during cheerleading practice. Over the course of nearly 10 years, she experienced multiple mild traumatic brain injuries. Her clinical course highlights acute injury factors (e.g., recovery within 1–3 months) and management guidelines (i.e., physical and cognitive rest, return to pre-injury activities) as well as the complication of persisting symptoms and subsequent need for a longer-term intervention plan to improve quality of life.
