Artificial Intelligence (AI) was existed earlier. But with the advancement of technology and the rapid availability of data, artificial intelligence (AI) have made more accessible for business application. In this research paper, the researchers delve deeper into understanding the awareness and attitude of the public and private sector banking employees to adopt artificial intelligence. An exploratory research has been carried out to achieve the objectives of the study and the data is collected through structured questionnaire. The survey was conducted among the banking employees different district that are located in Bangalore District in the state of Karnataka. The outcomes of the study revealed that the high level of awareness and positive attitude towards adoption of Artificial intelligence. However, private sector employees are having more awareness compared to public sector banking staffs.
