This study aims to examine the relationship between financial literacy and investment decisions and the gap between women’s financial knowledge and their actual financial behaviour. The researcher explored contributing factors inconsistencies between women investor awareness and how they are investing, highlighted the importance of well-informed financial decisions. The required data and information has collected through surveys, interviews, and questionnaire. Researcher identified key drivers that causes the women’s investment choices and level of financial literacy leads to more effective decision making. The present study found that education level has impacted on financial literacy level of women respondents.
