Emirates Airlines is a prominent global airline characterized by premium service and operational efficiency. To sustain this position, however, it is important to have a clear understanding of the airline’s cost structure as well as the performance of the airlines strategically in total. Delving into Emirates’ important operating costs and revenue sources, the study lays out the financial picture of some realities facing its sustainability. But success isn’t only about finances. According to that, this research will also clarify how Emirates Airlines applies the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework. The BSC should cover non-financial and financial perspectives, customer, internal processes and learning and growth perspectives. Through all of the facets we provide a holistic perspective on the airline's strategic management—emphasising strengths issues, and opportunities for growth. The insights from this study are valuable for aviation professionals, business strategists, and policymakers looking to enhance both financial and non-financial performance in the airline industry.
