The study examines the rise of telemedicine acceptance research, highlighting its growing role in healthcare, especially during and after COVID-19. Using bibliometric analysis of nearly 6000 studies from Scopus (2010–2024), it identifies key trends, contributors, and themes. Findings show a sharp increase in publications, peaking during the pandemic and remaining strong due to AI and digital healthcare advancements. The United States leads global contributions, followed by Ukraine, Australia, and Germany. Most studies are peer-reviewed articles, with telemedicine, telehealth, and digital health as dominant themes.
