Analysis of Methods for Controlling the Formation of Salts During Well Operation
摘要
This article presents an analysis of the problem of salt formation in wells equipped with electric centrifugal pumps and methods to combat this phenomenon. For a comprehensive analysis, data on the operation of wells in several fields with different geological conditions were studied. The study made it possible to determine the percentage of various types of complications associated with salt formation and to identify the dependence of their occurrence on the operating modes of wells. The applied methods of problem solving are considered in detail, their effectiveness and results are analyzed. Special attention is paid to atypical cases of salt formation, for which data for strictly defined time intervals were used. Based on the analysis, new, more effective methods of controlling the formation of salts are proposed, aimed at improving the efficiency of well operation and extending their service life. The results of the study can be used to optimize technological processes and increase the economic efficiency of oil production.
