As artificial intelligence continues to grow in many areas, AI agents have emerged as key players in social media platforms. Through the capabilities, such as reasoning and cognitive decision-making process, the self-sufficient and autonomous agents are transforming the user-generated contents (UGC) into AI Generated Content (AIGC). However, those self-decision-making features challenge the user trust, safety, and engagement. Our observations show that users often feel both interest and concern toward those AI-driven features, especially in transparency and fairness issues. This research analyzes the balance of human versus AI agent control of decisions in value creation for social network. There are three primary concerns: user individual security, transparency of decision making, and fair data access, along the dimensions of governance, ethical and accountability. Our purpose is to propose an original, compliant, cross-jurisdictional AI agent governance model that offers policy guidance and pragmatic strategies for the AI-enabled value creation in the Social Network.

摘要
