Peer-to-peer (P2P) hosting platforms have significantly transformed the traditional lodging industry. In the Latin American context, their rapid expansion has been driven by factors such as perceived security and the appeal of local tourist attractions. This study aims to examine whether sustainability, brand image, familiarity, and memorable experiences influence repurchase intention and electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) through the mediating role of user satisfaction. An explanatory research design was employed, using a structured survey administered to a sample of 401 individuals over the age of 18, all of whom had previous experience as users of P2P hosting services. The findings indicate that satisfaction has a significant positive effect on both repurchase intention and eWOM. These results suggest that positive user experiences not only foster continued platform use but also encourage the dissemination of favorable online recommendations.

摘要
