Enhancing Corporate Wellness Through Work Passion-Focused Learning Environments
摘要
Corporate wellness programs traditionally emphasize physical health and superficial engagement activities, often neglecting deeper intrinsic factors, such as work passion. This paper redefines corporate wellness by integrating work passion into wellness programs and highlighting the significance of a supportive learning environment that fosters enthusiasm for work. By addressing the emotional and cognitive dimensions of employee engagement and satisfaction, this paper proposes that conceptual change through online learning and self-regulated learning, facilitated by performance management, can effectively nurture work passion. This approach aims to reduce stress and burnout while enhancing job satisfaction, performance, and retention, ultimately contributing to organizational success. The framework provided is intended to assist HR professionals and organizational leaders in developing work passion-oriented corporate wellness programs that promote a holistic approach to employee well-being and performance. By focusing on intrinsic motivation and creating a supportive learning environment, organizations can achieve a more engaged, motivated, and loyal workforce.
