Generating n-Scroll Chaotic Attractors with Nonlinear Modulating Functions
摘要
This chapter introduces the nonlinear modulation function method for designing \( n \) -scroll chaotic attractors, highlighting its versatility in generating complex chaotic dynamics. Several approaches, using for example trigonometric functions, nonlinear transconductors and piecewise exponential functions, are able to create a wide range of multiscroll attractors with customizable features. The chapter also explores practical implementations, such as memristor-based systems and electronic circuits, demonstrating these methods through numerical simulations and experimental implementations. The findings offer valuable insights into the design and control of chaotic systems, contributing to advancements in analyzing nonlinear dynamics with potential engineering applications.
