With increasing competition in the market economy, it is necessary to optimize production processes. The company’s situation depends largely on a quick response to changing customer requirements. Nowadays, it is becoming standard to produce products just in time, in the required quantity, quality and at the lowest price. All these activities must, of course, also generate a certain profit for the company. In achieving its goals, the company must pay special attention to reducing production costs.
