Currently, companies are in a state where many of the Industry 4.0 philosophy’s principles have already been implemented to some extent. The introduction of these approaches and increasing the level of technologies used significantly changes the way organizations manage their processes and communicate with their customers. Top managers are daily confronted with the need to optimize company processes, not only to reduce company costs, but also to achieve maximum efficiency in the use of technologies. Here, the potential of using lean techniques and methods can be fully demonstrated. From the perspective of graduates of technical schools, the emphasis is therefore placed not only on knowledge from the technical field but also on knowledge related to lean management. It is the task of the educational institution to provide this knowledge so that graduates are able to transfer theoretical knowledge into practice. In the presented article, we will point out the possible use of involving games in the educational process and describe the advantages and disadvantages of digitizing games focused on lean management.
