摘要
For its own security, ChinaChina is committed to resolving the historical border and territorial issue of GandoGando (in Korean) / JiandaoJiandao (in Chinese) between China and Korea in a specific way. One of them is the Manchuria ProjectManchuria Project (Northeast Project), a national research project that seeks to generate a coherent perspective from ancient to modern times. In this paper, I will analyze why China implemented the Manchuria ProjectManchuria Project, what it studied, and what it aims to achieve, based on its security consciousness. In addition, I will analyze not only the historical data but also the theoretical issues put forward by China on how it seeks to resolve the GandoGando issue, which is a territorial conflict between China and Korea. In addition, I will examine why China is trying to make the historyHistory of Manchuria a part of China's history from ancient times to modern times and why Manchuria is important to China through China’s perception of the times and Manchuria's geographical location.
