Recent studies from 2022 to 2024 often overlook the profound challenges posed by international sanctions, particularly in economic relationsEconomic relations. The optimistic forecasts of Russia-ASEAN cooperationCooperation found in these works are at odds with reality, highlighting the need for independent and objective analysisAnalysis. As a region of relative stability, Southeast AsiaSoutheast Asia should be a key consideration in shaping Türkiye’s foreign policy, especially concerning economic, scientific, technical cooperation, and educational initiatives.
