Management education has emerged as a dynamic and evolving field of research. This study examines the impact of student engagement, faculty engagement, and their interrelationship in the management education sector of public and private universities in India. To investigate this relationship, the study employs an adapted version of the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) and the Student Engagement Scale (SES). The research further explores how university type and gender serve as moderating variables in comparative analyses within management education. Statistical techniques such as ANOVA and Regression Analysis were utilized to assess the impact of student and faculty engagement. The findings confirm a significant relationship between student and faculty engagement in Rajasthan, India, providing valuable insights for improving engagement strategies in management education. This study contributes to the growing body of literature by offering empirical evidence on engagement dynamics in higher education, highlighting the importance of fostering meaningful interactions between students and faculty members for enhanced learning outcomes.
