The Role of Family-Friendly Policies in Enhancing Organizational Performance: Investigating the Mediating Effect of Work-Family Conflict

The study also investigates the role of WFC/work-family conflict in mediating the relationship between FFP and organizational performance. A self-reported questionnaire was used to gather information from 250 employees in the IT/ITES sector in the Delhi and NCR region. Structure equation modeling (SEM) was carried out on the data using the Smart PLS software. The study found that the employees can better balance their personal and professional responsibilities with the aid of family-friendly policies/FFP. Given the rise in work-family conflict, it is imperative that firms have these family-friendly policies in place to assist employees in reducing such conflicts.
