This paper demonstrates the importance of Industry 4.0 worldwide in overcoming existing paradigms, enabling companies, administrations, and organizations to address the changes in this new environment without losing competitiveness. This evolution has been based on business intelligence models to leverage all available information and company knowledge, enabling them to generate strategies through data analytics that guarantee improvements in their growth strategies. Based on a review by several authors, this research focuses on five countries with human talent development policies that enable them to face the challenges that Industry 4.0 brings, such as solid theoretical and practical training and exposure to the world of software and hardware, all the skills necessary to develop new knowledge using Information and communication Technologies, and different abilities such as, Big Data, Autonomous Robots, Simulation, Universal System Integration, Industrial IoT, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Additive Manufacturing, Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Expert Systems, Data Mining, Emotional Intelligence, and Coaching., defining that Learning for Education 4.0 must be flexible at the student’s pac.
