Digital Transformation in Relation to Intelligent Learning, Case of Bootcamps: Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics

Enabling emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics (DA), drive digital and cultural transformation methods by optimizing processes, improving decision- making, and fostering innovation. However, this advancement is not only technical-instrumental but also cultural, as it requires institutions and organizations, through individuals, to adopt new mentalities and digital competencies. In this context, intelligent learning and the development of courses through Bootcamps play a crucial role. These intensive training programs allow for the acquisition of cognitive, communicative, and technological skills through the use of applicable practices in a short period, adapting to market demands and accelerating training in disruptive technologies required by society. Through project-based learning models, simulations, and online collaboration, participants (campers) develop competencies in artificial intelligence and data analysis, facilitating their integration into the work environment and contributing to the digital transformation of companies and sectors. Thus, the convergence of these elements creates an innovation ecosystem in which education, technology, and culture align to face the challenges and opportunities of the digital age.
