I want to dedicate my thoughts on these pages to all the people who want to feel free, remembering that the key to freedom is the deep discovery of ourselves. And to all the people who have discovered their personal freedom and struggle for freedom in the world. Talking about theatre and quality of life is a human business. It concerns people and their behaviour. Their actions. Their reactions. I thought of writing some personal considerations about my concept of theatre and my approach to theatre, which can lead us to free ourselves and improve our quality of life. To do this, I started from my personal convictions, moving through my experience in workshops and taking inspiration from empirical facts. Far from being a shrine of technical contents, it is a small portrait of human life.
