Exploring the Intersection of Enterprise Architecture, Consumer Experience and Sustainable Development Goals: Contributions, Challenges and Application
摘要
The business is competitive regarding operational efficiency, consumer needs, and sustainable practices that seek to enhance innovation. Considering this approach, the topics related to enterprise architecture (EA), consumer experience (CX) and sustainable development goals (SDGs) assume high relevance. This research aims to identify the main references that deal with the topics of this research. This study starts by identifying some keywords and the main academic journal databases, resulting in 200 documents. Next, the search selects research relevant to the studied subject by verifying the titles and abstracts and considering inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in 34 research. These articles analyzed the association level to the three themes addressed, classified by area of influence. From the analysis, 18 papers were selected considering their relevance and compliance with the analyzed topic (EA, CX and SDGs). These articles were read integrally, aiming to report the main contributions in the area, the practical applications and the remaining limitations, being able to serve as a reference for future works. From these articles, this study categorized and selected five articles that presented models following the research target, detailing their contributions and limitations. The differential contribution of this paper was to identify and analyze models that relate or cover the relationship between EA, CX and SGDs, which is a shortfall in the integration process between these areas, particularly regarding developing integrative and interdisciplinary models that can effectively connect the themes addressed in this research.
