Organizations are increasingly challenged to align digital transformation with sustainability and human-centered values. Although several frameworks exist, few comprehensively integrate employee well-being with digital efficiency. This study extends the Human-Oriented Process Enhancement (HOPE) Model to align digital transformation with sustainability goals and explore its potential for future applications. The model is grounded in a systematic literature review and validated through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), guiding the implementation of emerging technologies to enhance social, environmental, and economic sustainability. Together, these contributions offer a structured approach to advancing sustainable, human-centered digital transformation.

摘要
