摘要

With the rapid development of AI (Artificial Intelligence), IoT (Internet of Things), V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) communication, edge computing, and other fields, there is an increasing demand for computational power in data centers. China has an urgent need for large-scale data center construction. The most critical indicator for data centers during operation is the consumption of electrical power. Therefore, there are high requirements for energy management. In data center systems, the electrical distribution container module serves as the source of electrical power supply. During operation, it generates a large amount of waste heat, which must be timely expelled outdoors through a ventilation and heat dissipation system to ensure the normal operation of the electrical distribution module. This article elaborates on the design philosophy of an intelligent heat dissipation and ventilation control system applied to electrical distribution containers in data centers. It covers the selection of PLC hardware circuit types and the programming methodology for embedded programs, the selection of HMI (Human-Machine Interface) hardware, programming methodology, and the selection and configuration of peripheral data sensing modules. The ultimate result is the development of a complete intelligent control unit with comprehensive control functionalities that fully meet practical operational requirements.
