Research on the Integration of Preschool Education Resources and the Construction of Parenting Service Digital Platform in Developed Areas from the Perspective of Smart Community

In view of the contradiction between the mismatch of preschool education resources in developed areas, the refinement of parenting needs of dual-employee families and the fragmentation of the existing service system, this study proposes an information system solution based on blockchain and artificial intelligence technology. Through the construction of distributed resource management platform and intelligent recommend engine, the data resources of government, community and third-party institutions are integrated to realize the dynamic optimal allocation of preschool education resources. The system uses blockchain technology to ensure data security and credibility, and combines collaborative filtering and reinforcement learning algorithms to improve the efficiency of supply and demand matching. The experimental results show that the system is significantly better than the traditional mode in terms of resource matching accuracy and response speed (millisecond delay). Innovation is reflected in the blockchain-enabled cross-agency collaboration mechanism and AI-driven dynamic demand forecasting model, which provides a replicable technology paradigm for the supply of inclusive childcare services.
