In order to explore the relationship between students’ mental health (STM) and academic achievement, proposes an intelligent computer evaluation method, and puts forward a method of intelligent evaluation of college STM based on grey clustering algorithm, and tests and analyzes its performance. The results show that this method improves the accuracy of intelligent evaluation of college STM. Moreover, the method proposed can comprehensively and objectively describe the characteristics of college STM changes, and its accuracy rate of intelligent evaluation of college STM is high, which can provide a new tool for college STM assessment. At the same time, it can provide a reliable channel for colleges and universities to find out the factors that affect students’ academic performance, and can be used for reference in the formulation of teaching strategies.
