This study focuses on a legal aid platform based on artificial intelligence, analyzing its design and innovative strategies. Currently, the traditional legal aid model faces numerous problems, while the development of artificial intelligence technology brings new opportunities for it. The article first elaborates on the theoretical basis of the integration of artificial intelligence and legal aid platforms, including the application principles of artificial intelligence technology and the advantages of their integration. Next, clarify the platform requirements from both business and user perspectives, and then provide a detailed introduction to the platform design, covering target principles, architecture, key technologies, and functional modules. In terms of innovative strategies, the service model achieves a combination of online and offline, personalized and intelligent matching; Continuously updating algorithms technically, introducing emerging technologies, and ensuring data security; Operations management starts with optimizing processes, cultivating talents, and expanding cooperation channels. The research results enrich interdisciplinary research in theory and improve the level of legal aid services in practice. However, there are limitations to the research, such as technical difficulties and low acceptance among some users. In the future, we can further explore the development of legal aid by deepening technological applications, strengthening user research, and paying attention to ethical and legal issues, in order to support the development of the legal aid industry and maintain social fairness and justice.
