This chapter explores the multifaceted landscape of digital inclusion, emphasizing the critical role played the stakeholders in bridging the digital divide globally. Each stakeholder uniquely contributes toward providing equitable digital access for all. Additionally, it also highlights the need for collaborative efforts in approaching the desired targets, which ensures that access, adoption, and usage gaps are being addressed. It also presents open-ended research questions spanning technological, socioeconomic, policy, regulations, and governance domain, framing the future direction of digital inclusion for all. Furthermore, by considering data, metrics and business models for usage of wireless broadband for bridging the digital divide helps in focusing on the key directions in building a sustainable (economic, societal, and environmental) solution globally. This chapter seeks to provide guidelines for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers working toward digital equity.
