We consider classical and novel network centrality indices applied to the citation assessment of publications authors and affiliations. 27,551 authors and 3029 affiliations are considered. Ranking by index values and comparative analysis of ranks for different indices are conducted. The dynamics of network changes over time is reviewed, and an analysis of network stability over years is performed. Assessments of author popularity based on citation counts and analysis of affiliation publication activity is conducted. Clustering of affiliations and identification of distinct patterns is performed to determine changes in citation counts of affiliations during the period from 2015 to 2021. Pattern analysis is carried out based on changes in the In-degree index by year. To exclude artificially inflated citation rates for organizations, a model of independent affiliation citations is constructed. The chapter describes the network of organizational cooperation and presents an analysis of the centrality and stability of the network.

Ranking by index values and comparative analysis of ranks for different indices are conducted. The dynamics of network changes over time is reviewed, and an analysis of network stability over years is performed.
