Characterization of Ferrites
摘要
This chapter provides the comprehensive analysis of the structural, morphological, optical, and magnetic properties of FNMS. The structural features of FNMs including lattice constants, crystal structure, crystallite size, strain, and, crystallinity were characterized through x-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. Morphological properties, grain size, and particle size were examined using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). FTIR analysis confirmed the existence of vibrational modes and functional group analysis of FNMs. For magnetic properties, the primary techniques include vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), magnetization hysteresis (M-H) loops, and electron spin resonance (ESR) hysteresis loop studies. These characterization methods facilitate the computation of saturation magnetization, remanent magnetization, and coercivity. Overall, this chapter provides the structural, morphological, optical, and magnetic properties of FNMs.
