Design of a Comprehensive Job Performance Evaluation Model Based on the 360° Method for a Telecommunications Company
摘要
The 360° performance evaluation is a comprehensive method that allows evaluation of the work performance of employees from multiple perspectives within the organizational environment, including supervisors, peers, employees and self-evaluation. This study was applied in a telecommunications-related company in the city of Quito, Ecuador, specialized in the survey, design, planning, construction and maintenance of fiber optic networks, using a mixed methodological approach that combined structured surveys, semi-structured interviews and documentary analysis. This model seeks to diagnose the current performance situation in three main departments of the company: Engineering, Accounting and Technical Area. Based on these results, which show deficiencies in formal feedback and communication, an integral evaluation model adapted to the organizational structure is designed, which will contribute to strengthening the corporate culture, fostering professional development and aligning human talent with the company’s strategic objectives.
