The present research contributes significantly to the field of educational leadership by proposing an innovative approximation between the principles of contemporary pedagogy and the practices of inclusive leadership, in the context of people management in educational environments. From a qualitative and interpretative approach, based on content analysis and integrating the legacies of Paulo Freire, Maria Montessori and John Dewey, with current organizational challenges, the research offers a theoretical and practical perspective that values human potential, democratic participation and the construction of more equitable and meaningful educational environments. The critical analysis of foundational texts and international recommendations provides a solid basis for reconfiguring the management of people in educational institutions, revealing creative and ethical paths for the formation of more conscious, collaborative and transformative leaderships. The research also proposes practical suggestions for the formation of inclusive teams and for the strengthening of organizational cultures oriented towards justice, diversity and well-being.

摘要
