The project consists of creating an online platform dedicated to the interaction of stakeholders at the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu (IPV). This platform will allow stakeholders to search for courses, register, create profiles, and participate in activities, courses, training, and other initiatives offered by IPV. The platform will serve as a central tool to promote participation, inclusion, and dialogue between IPV and its stakeholders, aiming to improve the quality of educational services and strengthen communication with the academic community and society at large. The project will be developed by a multidisciplinary technical team composed of professors and students from IPV with expertise in software development, interface design, project management, and communication. The team will work together to conduct a detailed survey of stakeholder’s needs and expectations, defining the necessary functionalities and features for the platform. The project approach will be based on a combination of requirements analysis, user-centered design, and implementation of technological solutions. Interactive prototypes and implementation plans will be developed, including user interface design and development, system integration, and the creation of a secure and intuitive environment for users and stakeholders. The implementation of such platforms has already proven effective in other educational institutions, enabling co-creation of solutions, increased transparency, and improvement in the quality of services offered. Therefore, it is essential for IPV to keep up with these trends and adopt modern stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with best practices.

摘要
