This study explores the digital communication strategies employed by Jacquemus in the luxury fashion industry, focusing on its use of social media, influencer marketing, and digital storytelling. The research examines how these strategies enhance consumer engagement and brand loyalty while maintaining the exclusivity associate ed. with luxury branding. Using a qualitative case study approach, the study analyzes Jacquemus’ website and social media platforms to assess engagement metrics, content strategies, and audience interactions. Findings reveal that Jacquemus successfully integrates high-quality visual content, aspirational branding, and omnichannel approaches to create an immersive digital presence. The brand’s ability to balance exclusivity with interactive digital experiences is identified as a key factor in its success.
